Dr. med. Maria-Luisa Olgiati

Dr Olgiati continues to work independently at Stockerstrasse 42 and shares the facilities with her new colleagues. Maria-Luisa Olgiati studies in Laussane and Zürich. After completing her diploma she worked for 15 years in various acute hospitals, initially as a junior doctor and subsequently as an attending physician in internal medicine. During this time she also undertook 2 years of research (Development of inflammation in granulocytes). In 2000 she opened the practice on the Stockerstrasse. Since then she has supported patients through the labyrinth of medical problems through good medical practice and escorting them through the health system. She values highly respect for patients and their autonomy.
Within her broad medical knowledge she is particularly interested in diabetes, endocrinology and multi-morbidity. She is excited to welcome new, young and motivated colleagues into the practice and with this and great trust she feels able to reduce her workload. Her main objective at this time is an exceptional and uninterrupted transfer of patient care.
